BeFitMe Watch App Guide
Install, set up, and use the BeFitMe Watch app with the same website look and feel.
Requirements
- Apple Watch running watchOS 10 or later
- iPhone running iOS 17 or later
- BeFitMe Watch installed on your iPhone
- Bluetooth enabled and both devices signed in to the same Apple ID
Install the App
From iPhone
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
- Go to My Watch → Available Apps.
- Find BeFitMe Watch and tap Install.
From Apple Watch
- Press the Digital Crown to open the app grid or list.
- Open the App Store on Apple Watch.
- Search for BeFitMe Watch and tap Get.
Set Up on Apple Watch
- Open BeFitMe Watch on your iPhone and sign in or create an account.
- Open BeFitMe Watch on your Apple Watch.
- Follow on-screen prompts to grant permissions like Health, Motion, and Location.
- Choose your preferred units, themes, and notification settings.
Navigation & Basics
- Open the app by pressing the Digital Crown and tapping the BeFitMe Watch icon.
- Use on-screen buttons and the Digital Crown to scroll and select options.
- Swipe from the left edge or tap the back button to return.
- Touch and hold for context menus when available.

Complications
- Touch and hold your watch face, then tap Edit.
- Swipe to Complications.
- Select a slot and choose BeFitMe Watch.
- Press the Digital Crown to save your changes.

Notifications
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone and choose Notifications → BeFitMe Watch.
- Allow notifications and select your alert style.
- On Apple Watch, swipe down from the top to open Notification Center.
For important updates, enable Time Sensitive notifications if supported.
Troubleshooting
App not installing
- Ensure the iPhone app is installed and you are signed in.
- Install from Watch app → My Watch → Available Apps.
- Restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
- Verify both devices meet the requirements.
Data not syncing
- Confirm Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled.
- Open BeFitMe Watch on iPhone to refresh sync.
- Force-quit the watch app on Apple Watch and reopen it.
Missing permissions
- On iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security and re-enable the needed permissions.
- If using Health data, check Health → Privacy → Apps → BeFitMe Watch.
Warning: If issues persist, unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch as a last resort. Back up your data first.
Privacy
- Only necessary permissions are requested.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where applicable.
- You can delete your data or account from the iPhone app.
